This is the worst service, and rudest experience I've ever had in 15 years of contracting . I bought some custom doors, not only are these the laziest employees , the managers have no idea what they are doing. Each , and everyone of them , Mr. Church, and Mr. Wagner deserve to be fired !!!

Poor customer service so we asked for a manager. Said they were coming but after 10 minutes, no one showed. I guess Lowes will get our money - again.
Staff needs training I placed an online order for some items on 2/20/2015 and went to pick up the items on 2/21/2015. Although I had received an email that the items were ready, they were not available at the customer service desk. Furthermore one of the items was out of stock when the online system indicated it was out of stock. I ended up having to walk to the building supplies section and pick up the remaining item myself because the staff was being uncooperative. Wait on hold forever and some jerk picks the phone up and hangs it up. Told my neighbor you do not rip boards to length or width! Piss pore customer service. 20 minutes on hold now, this is why I shop at Lowe's!
