Order a $1000 toolbox for work. When I got to the store to pick it up there was a big confusion between order pick up and the receiving team in the back. Need up sitting there for 45 min as they kept telling me it wasn't there and they can't find it. This afternoon, I asked my 21 year old college educated daughter to go to Home Depot to make a copy of a key for me. When she approached the key counter, two male associates were standing there, playing on their phones. The older associate, when my daughter requested that she have a key made, commented that she have a Hello Kitty key made and that she probably had a Hello Kitty tattoo and if she didn't, he could refer her to a good tattoo artist. I love it here there is this Cashier named Andrew Lopez that needs to be cashier of the year he always helps me whenever I need help and is a sharp and brilliant young man.
