I was a customer since 2019 but I was told one thing by customer service and then another thing by another. I paid off my account and will shop at Lowe’s.
Worst customer service ever. Consistently horrible. 1. One checkout person in gardening who couldn’t check me out because she didn’t know how to find a price. Said it’s not her Dept. I ended up leaving my whole basket. 2. No shopping carts (consistent prob) in gardening even with few customers. After walking to other side of store for a cart, the wheels wouldn’t work. 3. RecommendedHad a great time today at Home Depot. They have a great assortment of indoor plant's. Walked out with a pretty corn plant! Can't wait to go back and do some more shopping!
