Jordan came to my house on time. I had a map to see where he was located at all times he put on his booties so he wouldn't get any dirt on my floors. He was very professional. I asked him not to step on any of my rugs and he avoided him Completely. He checked on my units. He looked up a code was able to research. Find the code. find the problem fix the problem and that's what you want from someone coming into your home to respect it. Do what you need to do and leave professionally.
Jordan and all the Hone Comfort crew are absolutely amazing!! Their team is ALWAYS going above and beyond to provide professional, prompt, super knowledgeable maintenance and repairs!!
