Joey Lama was our service tech. He was great, gave us incredible service. I told him if we ever needed another visit we would definitely give home comfort another call. We are highly satisfied. I will be referring them to anyone who asks in the future. We reached out to the company via website from the time we requested service to him at our door was less than 3 hours. I was very impressed with the company. Great customer service.

John and his team are THE BEST! When John put in my system a few years ago, he made sure I capitalized on any rebates out there. His installation was spot on and my thermostat is always consistent with the air temp in the house. He and his team are very responsive to my calls (lightning strike) and I truly believe he keeps his customer’s best interest at heart. My tech Jordan Frye was very professional. Service was performed properly and in a timely manner.
Joey was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. He explained things to me as he worked thru the problem and was a pleasure to meet. It was late in the day, but he showed no urge to rush. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.
