RecommendedI love living here. The management takes care of things promptly. the building is well kept and well maintained. the neighbors are great. the parking lot and building is secure and I love the location. My apartment has a huge kitchen and a huge main closet and big windows with lots of light. We have great cafes, art, the farmers market, restaurants and regular street parties nearby. We have friendly dogs in the building. I have no desire to move.
I love the Holt. The only reason I left after almost 6 years is that I purchased a house. The building itself is beautiful. There was always a nice "wow factor" whenever I had guests. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to participate in the downtown events. The apartment staff was always been easy to reach and maintenance issues were usually resolved in less than 24 hours. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed living there.

This beautifully restored, iconic building has regained her rightful place as the Crown Jewel of the Wichita Falls skyline. Seeing her rooftop sign lit against the night sky once again is icing on the cake.
