Unreal food. Pressley was great to us when we stopped in for lunch before the football game. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Will come back again!
Worst apartments ever they add extra charges on rent the don’t have maintenance people the air conditioning is broken in almost every apartment they take forever to respond to maintenance issues
Living here is starting to be a nightmare. My apartment has experienced multiple serious issues that were NOT properly addressed. The latest disaster? A massive ceiling leak flooded our hallway and living room, leaving us with a soaked floor and the constant sound of dripping water. I've lived here for about three years now and love it here! The maintenance crew completes all needed repairs within a 24 hrs turn around but usually, the same day, the request is made. The office staff has always been very courteous and helpful, and my neighbors are the best. I'm glad I decided to move to the Hollows.
I want to thank the management team for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and compassion for those seeking housing. They have Welcomed me with open arms, giving me the most positive experience entering the Community. The management team addresses any issues immediately pertaining to the apartment or complex. I love it here! And I love the management team! Thank you for welcoming me into my New home!
