Lived here for 3 years and my time here wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't anything to write home about. There was a fire and multiple a/c issue where my floor got flooded. Now that I've moved out they refuse to answer the phone and I have yet to receive my security deposit, and it's been 2 months since I've moved out. PLEASE make sure you do your due diligence and research before you commit.
Been living in the hollows over 2 years anytime things go wrong or something stops working the maintenance team come right away to fix the problem
I’m writing to share my concerns regarding my recent move-out experience at The Hollows. Unfortunately, the process did not go smoothly, and I left feeling dissatisfied with how the situation was handled by Manager Alyssa. In reviewing my move-out statement, I noticed charges for carpet cleaning,locks fee and a cleaning fee that I believe were unnecessary.
