RecommendedMy sister and I were in Clarence on a day trip from Rochester and happened on the Bistro. The first indication that we were at a good spot was that because we didn't have reservations we'd have to eat at the bar. Let me tell you - the bartender /waitress was amazing! I even have a food allergy and she took care of me. They had my favorite wine on the menu (Kim Crawford savignon blanc) and we loved the spinach mango salad. Very nice space and the food and staff were excellent. The jazz brunch on the first Saturday of each month is a great touch. It is great to see more local establishments support live music and the musicians that provide it. They also have more live music during the week. We will be back.
Amazing atmosphere, delicious food & really awesome cocktail/martini list! Shared the spinach bread as an appetizer (favorite thing on the menu) & enjoyed the truffle mushroom raviolis as an entree which I also LOVED! I can't wait to return!!
The noise level was very much improved since I was last there a few weeks ago! Lo mien with chicken was so delicious! Craft been selection is also very good. My boyfriend ordered the bison burger and wasn't that impressed. But I have never had a bad meal there. Every time I go I try something new because everything always sounds delicious. I have been 5 times and have yet to be disappointed.
My first time here and I am surprised how nice it is. I half expected a usual bar type place with a dining area, but it is better than that. I will declare I have eaten hamburgers in 23 different states, 2 other countries, and almost a hundred different towns, some chain, some mom n pop places and I haver NEVER tasted a burger like I did tonite. You just know it is good when you want to silently cry in joy for what you taste. The Hollow burger is not a first-date burger, you won't be talking while eating it.
Hosted an anniversary party at The Hollow Bistro and Brew and I cannot say enough how absolutely fantastic it was. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and all who attended had a wonderful time. Thank You Katie and staff for helping make our event a memorable one!!!!
