I've been to The Hollow Bistro many times. The larger dining area is beautiful. We went for my Mom's birthday and EVERYTHING we ate was delicious. A special thank you to Katie & Brad for the special dessert for my Mom!!!
Went out with a group of 6 for dinner last week and everything was wonderful! Great atmosphere in the newly remodeled/renovated bar area, where we enjoyed specialty cocktails before dinner. The decor is beautiful and has a very warm feel to it. Dinner was in the dining room at a round table, which I love so everyone can see and talk with each other. I had the Jambalaya over mashed potatoes here last night and it was off the scale! EXCELLENT! DELICIOUS! The flavor level was unbelievable. I'm putting them in the rotation. (I would have included a picture but we ate on the patio and it was dark)
Absolutely fantastic. Food was out of this world, service was great. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary!
We stopped here in our travels after visiting Niagara Falls. The food and service were fantastic. Best meal we had on our entire trip. I hope to go back someday.
