Bartenders were rude all night. Would have recieved a 20-25% tip, but I left them $2. You're in the service industry, act like it.
Would love to review the food, but unfortunately I can't. I was traveling with my small dogs on vacation and did extensive research on dog friendly patios along the route. Despite making the reservation 2 months in advance and specifying we would be dining on the patio with dogs, The Hollow called me at 8 pm the evening before my reservation to say that only service dogs are permitted. I went there as part of a pub crawl last night. Good beer selection, but the bartenders and servers were less than friendly. Everyone looked miserable, not a smile in the house.

Had dinner here last night for the first time. (Our waiter was great.) But the french onion soup was awful. The broth was clear, as if it was just sauteed onion in water or low-sodium chicken broth. No color, no flavor at all. I'm all for melted cheese but whoever made that batch was either lazy or has no idea what FoS is supposed to be.
they do not close before midnight on a Friday or Saturday night ever. However, closing time is based on business volume. If it is a slow evening and it’s inching towards midnight, They are likely to say last call because they are paying staff to stay with little business if I handful of customers are going to just drink one beverage. 😒

The food is amazing and so many vegetarian options and they have great service! The Signature Salad with shrimp wins every time. Can’t wait to go back!
