Chef Henry turns out amazing food every time. Get the eggplant stack and the signature gnocchi. You will think you died and went to heaven. Friendly service, great location, fantastic beer list and flights of wine, and those Mason jar light fixtures -- The Hollow has it all.
This is my new favorite place . Great good extremely reasonable prices . My new happy hour spot after work. The owner (or least that who I assumed it was) is extremely involved. Please support the best establishment in Albany !

One of my wife and I's favorite concert venues. Bartenders do a great job even when the place is packed.
