I am surprised at the positive reviews for Blake Hollers as a realtor. I had a very bad experience with him - unprofessional does not begin to describe his behavior. Maybe there was something going on in his personal life, but he could not have been less helpful or more difficult. Sometimes he was quite nasty. We ended up going with someone else. I would not consider using him to purchase a home.
I simply don't possess the words to express how overjoyed I am with Blake and Patricia's services. They were referred to us by friends, who were also very happy with their home purchase experience. Blake Hollers has worked with us over a four year span as we initially looked for a rural property in the area, then had to change our plans due to life circumstances, then gave helpful advice on updating our home this past year in order to sell it. He helped us plan the sale, ran the open house, advised us all through the selling process. We accepted a great offer above asking price and are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
The Hollers Team is great! Both Blake and his wife are wonderful realtors that will bend over backwards to help you. Blake and his wife were super responsive and accommodating throughout our house search. Blake took time to answer all our questions.
