We love the Hollar. The food is excellent, and so is the staff. It's worth the drive!
The burgers are the best in Madrid, absolutely worth the drive out from Albuquerque.
Great place to relax and have a beer after a long day. Very eclectic atmosphere and friendly waitress’s!

This place has amazing food! I’m talking about gourmet level cuisine in a casual environment. It is the best! You have to experience it to believe it!
Super cool place with really good southern style comfort food and fun friendly staff.. I’ve been here a couple times now and simply luv it! I took my mom there for lunch this time and had the warm goat cheese salad with grilled chicken, tongue to tummy deliciousness.. Staff wasnt very friendly. Prices were a bit high for the quality of food received. Could have gotten over that if it weren't for the service
A awesome place to be. That’s is exactly the place to take a cool beer with nice an lovely people! Good an tasty meals.
Had the loaded breakfast burrito with hash browns, cheese, bacon and eggs. It was topped with green chili with a side of red eye gravy and cheese grits. Show up with an appetite because the servings are generous! A little more expensive than a few other joints there but it’s all organic and they know what they are doing! Breakfast or lunch, make this your eatery. You won’t regret it!!
