I am full of grateful admiration for Dr Jenny Lain's handling of my surgery. Not only was the spinal anaesthesia straightforward but her encouraging words throughout the lengthy process gave me strength and calm.
I recently had surgery and Dr Andrew Robinson was my anaesthetist. I was extremely anxious as I have never had surgery before. He called me the day before surgery and talked me through the entire procedure, he then follow up phone called me later to re-confirm my admission time. Then on the day when I met him he was just so friendly, laid back, informative & reassuring.
