Wish I could choose negative stars for this review . I can’t post without selectinf one star .Do not use this service !! Feeling completely ripped off .Incredibly disorganized after five phone calls (which should have been my red flag) I ordered a few welcome items for my daughter and fiancés arrival in key west . Ordered a “presentation”of cheese and crackers salsa and chips, rose petals wine and beer . I wish I could give negative stars. I would definitely not recommend this business. I tried to set up something special for my husband while he was visiting the keys with friends for his 40th birthday. Not only was it extremely difficult to touch base with her but once I did she was horrible at following up. After going back and forth for days trying to narrow something down I sent her a final message on the Tuesday before his trip to ask the final price and how she accepted payment. No answer. Needed bed rails for her 2 yo's bed. Could not have been more cooperative. Delivered them on time and removed the on time at the end. Very friendly and cooperative. Can't wait to return to use them again. Oh, btw, the beach chairs were perfect.
Kathy did an amazing job! They know there business and how to make people happy! My sister was in tears when she called me after getting to her hotel room and saw her gift basket! Kathy had all there favorites!!!!!! I highly recommend there business to anyone.... you will not be disappointed!!!!

The Hip Tourist was wonderful! They created the perfect wedding for me and my husband in 2004. I recommend them highly. We had friends and family coming from all over & they found the best way to accomadate all of them & their personal styles.
Wonderful Help – Hip Tourist is just that Hip, they made the arrival of our vacation perfect. Had baby cribs set up in rooms and had verything we needed. Made for a perfedct fuss free stay in Key West!
Kathy and her assistant did a WONDERFUL job helping me put together our Wedding... Kathy is very resourceful and can find the best deals for couples on a budget... My husband and I are very pleased with the way Kathy helped us!!! I would highly recommend The Hip Tourist to anyone wanting to get married in Key West... I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!!
Kathy did a wonderfull job with the romantic suprise for my fiance's birthday! Beautiful red and yellow rose petals, greenery and candles with HUGE chocolate covered strawberries and a great wine. He was very suprised and loved everything. I was so happy Kathy is also coordinating our Key West wedding! Very sweet and extremely professional. I think she can handle anything!
