Bought and sold my first house with Tom and he was genuinely amazing. Answered all my questions in a timely manner, fought on behalf of his client, truly wants what’s best even if it means he misses out on a little piece of the puzzle. There’s no other realtor I would rather work with than Tom. He made the entire process super easy and I’d definitely work with him again.
I was planning to sell my house, so I started to put it on the market with the hinkings group. Working with the hinkins group was outstanding! They were very knowledgable and detailed in ever action...though I decided not to sell, due to staying in the area. They treated me like family and learned a lot....Sincerely recommend!
My family and I had what felt like the smoothest home buying process. As first time homeowners this was a scary-unknown territory with lots of questions and I mean LOTS of questions, with even more hours of explaining. Both Tom and his wife Amy were there even if that mean a late night Sunday phone call. We could not have been more blessed to find them both for this journey, I thank you both very much for making this dream come true for us!
I truly thought I had no chance with Hinkens but to my surprise I was accepted for a rental nice cute house in a good area. They treated me very well Lupe Vega was amazing very attentive kept me in the loop what was going on. Super kind I was Treated very well.
