Working with Tom and Amy was an amazing experience from start to finish. Their communication was consistent, clear, and timely, which made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and far less stressful. The Hinkens Group helped sell my home that was in pretty rough shape. I thought I was going to have a tough time selling and would not get much for it but Tom Jr. came over and helped out with the listing. Tom was able to get my family much more than I expected for the house and sold it faster than expected. Made the whole process as simple and painless as possible. Tom was always very straightforward about what was needed or going on. He was always consistent communicating via phone, text, email and good at alleviating... read more

We had a great experience working with Tom Hinkens Jr. and the Hinkens Group throughout our home buying process. Tom was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel much less stressful from start to finish. We always felt informed and supported every step of the way. We’re so grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Recently, our laundry ro... read more

I was planning to sell my house, so I started to put it on the market with the hinkings group. Working with the hinkins group was outstanding! They were very knowledgable and detailed in ever action...though I decided not to sell, due to staying in the area. They treated me like family and learned a lot....Sincerely recommend!
