This helps relive symptoms for Asthma, Arthritis, Allergies, Bronchitis, Blood Pressure, Colds, Congestion, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, Depression, Emphysema, Ear Infections, Headaches, Sinus issues, Sleeping, and many other issues. I went here for the first time on my 18th birthday. The salt booth was so amazing and relaxing. Cleared up sinuses and I had a headache which also went away. The owner is very passionate about the Himalayan salt which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this cave/salt booth!!!

Went here with the Wife and had one of the most relaxing experiences that I can recall. The facility was extremely clean, the staff was kind and awesome, the experience itself was fantastic. We will be back as we purchased 4 more sessions! Highly recommend!
