This helps relive symptoms for Asthma, Arthritis, Allergies, Bronchitis, Blood Pressure, Colds, Congestion, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, Depression, Emphysema, Ear Infections, Headaches, Sinus issues, Sleeping, and many other issues. absolutely amazing place!!!!! staff/owners are the greatest, friendliest people. I highly recommend this place, it's great for everything from respiratory issues to pain relief to my favorite.....zen time!!!!!! the salt cave alone is amazing for relaxing, meditation, respiratory...etc. DEFINITELY DEFINITELY will be back 😁

First time coming here and I had the most amazing experience! The staff were very inviting and willing to explain everything for first time users! After my first experience my lungs felt clear, I felt so relaxed and happy! I will for sure be back and would highly recommend to anyone but especially those who have anxiety, or chronic pain, and migraines

Their health spa is wonderful and welcoming! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxation time here yesterday! Debbie was very kind and informative with explaining the services and products, welcoming questions and offering a tour of all the therapy options they offer. We had a lovely experience and will be back!!
Went there today with my daughter. It was not at all what I expected, but much better! We had the cave to ourselves and enjoyed the experience in there so much. Then, the owner took us on a little tour of all that they had to offer for any future visits and it was more than impressive. The expansion they are working on was exciting and I look forward to upcoming visits in the future. Thank you for your kindness.
