These are the most unprofessional apartments ever I was approved for an apartment they sent me an approval email and everything then they called me back and said I’m denied and the lady Debbie didn’t even sound confident about why I was denied because how can I be denied for income when I bring in 20k + A MONTH. Plus I have to wait on my admin fee via mail. Don’t waste your time at all
I had a wonderful experience was a phone call due to me moving out of State. I would especially like to recognize Debbie for her outstanding customer service. If I could give a negative 1 star, I would. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I ever lived in. The out side is dirty, they never answer the phones when you call, there is roaches crawling everywhere despite my cleaning (when I informed the leasing office about this; they completed the work order with out actually entering the home. The place is beautiful, gated, and pretty quiet. Debbie convinced me to move in after a tour 😌
