The location is great; the reality is not--as the photos show. The complex is infested with roaches. I keep silverware and dishes in lidded containers even though I spray Raid on the counters every night. The manager and management will turn every problem into communication chaos. I had to sign 3 leases before they finally got it right. Communication is deliberately difficult--by design. The complex has an Amazon Hub, but it is too small for the number of apartments.
