After being here for a month I think I can give a review. Jannifer was very helpful when I needed her and I think she’s a good leasing agent, very patient. I have no huge complaints outside of there being a smell in my bathroom when I first moved in, possibly because my unit is renovated and nothing had been used so there was no water in any of the pipes. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE! Seriously, don’t. Pay attention to the real reviews, not the reviews raving about maintenance or how helping the leasing agents are. They beg for those reviews to make up for the apartment’s terrible rating. I lived there for 8 years and there has been a drastic decline. Bags of trash are CONSTANTLY left in the middle of the parking lot. People put their trash on their cars and when it falls off, they are too lazy to pick it up. Do not move here. Notice that the 5 star reviews are about the staff. That’s because when you first become interested in getting an apartment they encourage you to leave a good review about their service. When you actually move in that’s when everything goes down hill. Apartment is old, run down, and not well kept. I have a roach and ant infestation in my unit. I’ve asked them to spray pesticides but nothing helps. Water heater broke (because it is old) and flooded my apartment. To fix this they set up large fans in my unit ... read more
