I told her what I wanted and she did the exact opposite and couldn’t fix it. She made them too short and rounded and they’re crooked. I said I wanted them not too short and square. I’m upset, they look bad, and she took nearly 2 full hours for a basic pedicure while lacking half the normal routine for a basic. This was supposed to be quick and has taken my entire evening from me.
I think they are permanently closed. I’m hear during their business hours and the door is locked.
