Racist!!
I left for 1 week for vacation and i came back to find stool alllll over my grandmothers wheelchair && her bed was soaked & also had stool all over it. No telling how long she has had to lay in a SOAKED bed. I would never recommend this nursing home to my my worst enemy. This isnt the 1st problem weve had but if i listed them all id take up this whole review page.
Nice staffs and very comfortable place to take your loved ones
This place is a complete mess when it comes to their staff. Unprofessional, ex convicts and full of people who do not care about the residents living at this facility. Oh looks can be deceiving. Their kitchen staff get high on their breaks they just got a new manager who recommended that their staff take their disagreements to the street. They have their children and families come and stay over night while they are supposed to be attending to the kitchen and residents. I've learned from my Daughter whom is a Professional Woman & was literally ran off from the Facility. This Facility looks Good but the Dietary Dept. where she was to Train for Nutition Meal Menu Provider,is a Joke. She went through Administration & Corporate & All Chains of Command to Prepare Meals cause she Loves the Elderly. She was bullied every day by other employees & staff members in Dietary for doing the Job right.
