I started out with Ryan at the Winton Road office. His Dad went out of his way when I had a problem with my insurance. Thank you! Thank you! Staff was great there also. From there I followed Ryan to the Montgomery Road office. He is so patient, knowledgeable, will go out of his way to get his patients what they want and he is always there for you if you need anything. I love my Starkey hearing masker for Tinnitus. I fall asleep so much faster now and feel like a get a better quality sleep now. Why did I put this off for so long? I must be an idiot. LOL. Dr. Hill and his staff at the Montgomery office are very professional and courteous. Thank you
I received excellent service a few months ago when I took my hearing aids in to have them checked out because they didn't seem to be working well. The staff checked out the units, cleaned them and returned them to me along with a small brush for cleaning at home. I didn't have to wait for my hearing aids to be sent out for evaluation and I didn't have to pay for the valuable service in the office. Very nice.
I really enjoy the services and quality care that this office provides. Everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. My experience is that up to date technology is used and the hearing aids are top quality. I recommend this office when I talk to others who are exploring getting hearing aids.

It is difficult to put into words how pleased I am with my hearing aids and the courteous and friendly service provided by Dr. Hill's Staff. They always wear a smile and answer all questions even before I ask them, very efficient. I can't imagine my life without my hearing aids. The birds are so noisy in the spring! A joy of life to be able to hear them. I can even sense that my brain doesn't have to work so hard to comprehend and hear noises. I definitely recommend getting hearing aids from Dr. Hill's office.
My husband, Jeff, is not on facebook, but he has the highest praise and satisfaction for Dr. Hill in Batesville. "After years of being told that I needed hearing aids, I visited Hill Hearing. I love my hearing aids-should have done it years ago. Very good service, and highly recommend them. I, Jackie, wholeheartedly agree! I no longer have to scream. But I have to be careful when I talk about him! lol!
