My right hearing aid stopped working during my shift on Monday night. They responded quickly to my voicemail and staying within the quarantine orders, they made sure my hearing aid was fixed quickly so I can go back to my job as an ER doctor. If you have audiology/hearing aid needs, please use this group - they are excellent!
Had a great experience today! Got my hearing aid returned from needing to be repaired. I was able to get it programmed, my ear mold buffed to fit and out the door in less than twenty minutes. Everyone at The Hill Heat Better Clinic is amazing!
I went to see Dr Hill for my six month ear cleaning this morning. He was very quick and very thorough. Fortunately, my wax build up this time was minimal and he was quick in and quick out. While my hearing aids were out, he cleaned them, tested them and made them feel like new. Always a pleasure to see him and have him take care of me.
They really care. Will work with you til you’re comfortable. Nice people from the office staff to the audiologists.
