I've been here for 1 1/2 years, just signed new lease to stay longer. I Love the large rooms, washer and dryer hook up, it's like a little house. My neighbors are polite and management go above and beyond to help me with any question or request. Best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Don't see myself moving.
I been living at the parq for almost 3 months & i love it! There is no loud noise, everyone is respectful & nice. I like that its close to grocery stores, six flags, la cantera & the rim 😍 I find the staff very helpful & always giving their best. I'd recommend anyone to come check the apartments out. Very spacious, well taken care of & pretty!
Just left this property and am glad to say I will be a future resident! I am very excited. First apartment!
I lived in these apartments for three years. I recently moved out on August 8th and was overcharged almost $300.00. It is now nearing mid-October, and I still have not recieved my refund check for the extra money I was charged that I was told I would recieve within thirty days of moving out. I have called the office dozens of times and each time I am told an office manager will look at my file and return my call. Nobody ever calls. At this point I'm not sure how to go about solving this problem other than leaving this review... read more
