I was looking for a place to rent that felt nice, newer, clean & cozy. This place is just that. Skylar was very busy in the front office, but was super friendly/ helpful and the tour was actually fun! Skylar & Jonathan made the leasing process easy breezy. Gems! Looking forward to living here.
Need to give a shout out to the office staff Jonathan and Skylar for being so conscientious and providing help with whatever concerns we've had in our two years of living here. By the same token the maintenance team have shown up and fixed whatever needed it without delay, super dependable and very nice! Especially Trevor and Mike!
Maintenance team is great. We made a request for a few fixes, super efficient they were here together for maybe 10 minutes and had everything fixed. Very friendly as well. These guys are awesome.
Overall the community is great Aside from technical issue beyond the managements control (ie access gates and such) Very quick to resolve issues and keep grounds very clean
The Manager Chris! FIrst off. I never never dealt with someone so understanding and willing to help. Hes kind, respectful and well spoken. Same goes for Skylar! Shout out those two and highly recommend Highlands at spectrum
