WARNING: Do not rent here! Move-in process is shady. They don’t give you a checklist because there are so many issues in the units. The unit was filthy when I moved in. Took days to clean. If you live on the second or third floor then watch out for creaky, saggy, bouncy floors. The AC units rarely work. Office gives the fake corporate nice and the only helpful people around is maintenance which you will see often because the AC goes out often enough to justify writing this review. Parking is terrible kids get in the roof of the building appliances are old by the admission of the maintenance staff and it’s all overpriced for a one bed one bath 900 square foot apartment. Unless the rent goes down by 900$ don’t bother living here. BTW this place is owned by a company that is owned by Black Stone so yeah do with that what you w... read more

This three-star score is based on three weeks of living in the complex and the leasing/move-in process. At first, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to live here. One of the leasing agents thought it would be funny to schedule a tour with me and then go on a long lunch break with his coworkers and not bother to call and reschedule, even after I emphasized that I had to drive an hour each way. (Add to this how unpleasant the man in the office was who informed us that none of the staff was present. I had my mother with me... read more
