MUST READ! The Move-in process is shady. They don’t give you a checklist because there are so many issues in the units. My unit was filthy when I moved in. My washer and dryer weren’t even hooked up. If you live on the second or third floor, watch out for creaky, saggy, bouncy floors. Mail key didn’t work & mailbox was open. The AC units rarely work. We love our apartment. It was clean when we moved in and I love the beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The customer service is wonderful. Any questions we have are answered in a timely manner. If you have a problem with bugs (we haven’t) they come and spray. They have plenty of amenities and even valet trash pickup. The patios are an acceptable size and there’s a storage closet off the patio which is great to have. If you’re looking for an apartment be sure to look at The Highlands at Spectrum.
I had a maintenance issue. It got fixed quickly and the service guys were awesome. Great place to explore to rent a place.

When i first moved in it seemed decent. Then came the rate hikes and hidden fee's and horrible management. Chris the manager just makes up excuses and pretends to care but doesn't. I told him about my daughter who was bit by a scorpion and he said he would have my place sprayed. Never happened. There are sick cats roaming the property. They never have dog bags in the dog park.
