I am updating this review after two years now here, and unfortunately signed a lease for two more years to try and keep the price under control. The entire time I have lived here I have been assigned the same parking spot. It is a reserved spot for my unit, but I unfortunately am one of the unfortunate ones who does not get their spot covered. the front office staff is amazing!! community is clean and well kept. jonathon makes living at the highlands a wonderful and easy experience!!
(PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY- HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON MANAGEMENT!) By far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived. Staff will counteracts negative reviews the next day to remain a 4.0+ star on google. The Move-in process is shady. They don’t give you a checklist because there are so many issues in the units. My unit was filthy when I moved in. My washer and dryer weren’t even hooked up. If you live on the second or third floor, watch out for creaky, saggy, bouncy floors.
