Two years of construction noise from 8a-5p every day. If you WFH or work night shift and rely on sleeping during the day you’ll most likely have to find somewhere else to do those things 9 months per year.
Constructions without warning or notice most of year arround. You need to live outside your flat sometimes due to the loud noise.
