Complex is infested with stray cats. Leasing office doesn't care about their tenants and just want to fill the place up. Dog poop all over the property. Pigeon infestation and poop all down the walls of the property. Homeless people bathing in the fountain in front. Maintenance team is a nightmare and you'll have tons of problems. Constant car alarms going off and people revving their engines. Washer dryer unit didn't work when we moved in and it took them a month to fix it. One of the most horrific experiences with this community. Incompetent and unprofessional staff including the manager. Lacking in communication and effort. My boyfriend is moving across country and never received a welcome letter, no communication from the leasing staff unless he initiated it. The lease was emailed to him the night before move in with incorrect info. This l management staff and manager are a nightmare to deal with and no effort to compensate or make right the mess they created.
If you want to live in the most over priced, poorly insulated apartments, and constantly hear your neighbors partying and screaming then you should most definitely move to The Highland Apartments!
Great community. Love my townhome! The office and maintenance staff is AMAZING
Amazing fun and quiet community! The staff is friendly, efficient and work orders get completed fast! The amenities are fantastic; large heated pool, spa, outdoor BBQ and entertaining area, clean gym with plenty to keep you in shape, pool table, etc. The location is walking distance from several restaurant and great shopping!
The best town homes and great location beautiful pool area very nice gym and club house..
