Updated review for flower only. Always gave this place 5 stars for their combination of great service and high quality flower. But lately, over my last half dozen visits or so, while the service is still excellent the flower has been very disappointing. No longer carry top shelf brands (UpNorth, CBX, Source, etc), and the product on hand usually tests in the mid 20% range with a harvest date on average at least 90 days old. Lori was very helpful during my visit, and super pleasant!
Rocky was super helpful in the many visits I've done to THP. He explained everything in a great way, helped us understand our options and also different alternatives. He was great in walking around with us, not rushing us, and also giving us suggestions on what to try. And his recommendations always worked or were close to what resulted. He even explained delivery (we didn't know about this!) and it was helpful to know how delivery worked and that it could be an option for us too!
Rocky helped us multiple times and has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He also told us about the delivery system and went above and beyond.
Rocky is awesome! Really helpful.
