I consider myself a grill master for going on 30+ years, so I’m a bit critical about all things grill/smoked. I decided to stop at the Odenton Firehouse where they have food truck Thursday’s. I got 1/4 rack of ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. It was absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥AMAZING!!!! If you want authentic great tasting BBQ, this is where you should go. I can’t wait to try the other menu items. It’s so good that I plan to leave work early next Thursday to make sure I get those ribs again.
This place is up and coming. The BBQ is tasty, on par with 2fifty. Mac and cheese a little dry, cornbread good. Id recommend they offer slightly larger portions on some items. Currently they do not offer acholic beverages. I understand its coming.
Best service and best pit beef I've had in a while. Definitely worth a try!
1st time customer of their food truck at NASA/GSFC/Greenbelt . . . I tried only their "Trifecta Burger", which was extremely meaty and had nice complex smoky & bbq sauce flavors ! . . . not just ground beef, but also slices of slightly fatty smoked beef tender cut.
