Michael Herzog & this socalled firm are nothing but a joke!! They post in their services section the areas they operate in but when asked about a specific service that they list, he said NO, that they don't handle those areas/cases. I wouldn't waste my time calling this firm due to false advertisement & I highly encourage the public to look elsewhere for legal representation
I highly recommend to the public that you do not waste your time giving this so called firm a call for any reason whatsoever. I encourage you to look elsewhere, you'll be better off.
I wanted to have Dan Glaser a shout out for being a solid real estate attorney. I was not used to the New York market that is attorney driven, but Dan made each step very easy. I was not the easiest client because of buying out of state and he put up with all my concerns and demands. He's a very level headed guy and will make any new buyer comfortable throughout the process.
When we approached Herzog, my family was in a crisis situation. Dave Kubikian figured out an innovative way to resolve the situation while Mike Luizzi provided professional paralegal support every step of the way. They were patient and generous with their time and really came through for us. I highly recommend this firm.
