We used Heritage Truck Catering for our wedding and it was simply phenomenal. Francis and Lorena are kind, thoughtful, organized, and an overall pleasure to work with. They helped us plan everything from the floor plan, to how best to serve the guests, to the flow of the evening. We used Heritage Food Truck Catering for our wedding and they were fantastic! Francis was great to work with. He really cared about what we needed in terms of food, equipment and staffing. Lorena came up with fantastic food for our big day while keeping within our budget. They were also great about accommodating any allergies our guests had and clearly labelled any dishes with allergens. We received many compliments from our guests afterwards on the delicious food!
The Heritage was an absolute dream to work with. We booked them to cater our wedding and had the best experience. Francis is AMAZING - he is so gentle, caring, and just delightful throughout the whole process. Lorena, the chef, created a menu just for us based on what we we thought our guests would like. What a mess. Super high prices. Food took forever. And they served the guy before us an expired orange juice that tasted really bad (based on what I heard). Staff also didn't fundamentally know what the food was. I was told there were 4 or 6 dumplings, instead I got a mess of 20 mini/different sized dumplings that were cold and flavorless.
