The Heritage Restaurant is one of Grand Rapids' best kept secrets. Run by the Culinary School at GRCC this restaurant is a working classroom that offers great food at excellent prices. Your entree price includes an appitizer as well. I chose the Blue Crab Souffle and the Potatoe Encrusted Walleye. Both of which were fabulous. The menu changes twice a year to provide new challenges to the students and wonderful options to the patrons. Beer and wine are available and reservations are recommended.
