Best Residence in the USA
I’ve had such a great experience working with Lisa Angel at Park Place. Building is beautiful and very well maintained for its age.
We lived in Park Place Apartments for almost two years. We loved the place! Lisa Angel in the office is great. And the maintenance guys are very friendly.
living here currently and i have had sooo many issues in the last like 4 months and i’ve lived here for 2 years in this specific apt. the maintenance guy is nice and all but he doesn’t fix my issue of plumbing and it keeps having the same issue like 2 time a month. also the laundry room smells so bad and they have yet to resolve that
I've lived at the Iowa Flats property for 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! The property managers Abby and Brady are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The leasing process was the quickest and easiest I've ever had, and they continue to respond to all my questions and requests promptly. I couldn't be happier with their communication and customer service.
