Lease ended January 3. Gave notice in November we would not be renewing and spoke with front office about what was needed from us. Did everything that we were told to do and now am being told we owe over $2000 because we didn’t write a letter stating we were not renewing lease. Please know on date of move in the original apartment was not ready as it had not been cleaned i.e sock from previous renter was still in washing machine wet, pubic hairs were in bathroom and other locations and nothing was clean. Great but pls read the draw backs. Ebonie at the front office is great!! The grounds, hallways, buildings are very well maintained,buildings can withstand very high winds!! All the amenities you could want! Secure buildings and property!! Walk to great Restaurants & Downtown Boca! Beach nearby! Draw backs: the parking due to inconsiderate residents who allow their visitors to park in residence spots. Too many dogs, barking all night long, not always picking up after them. Cigar smoking by pool! Not enough closet space.
Beautiful apartments, lovely property, however there are problems with security, water intrusion in some buildings, generators that do not work and mail delivery. Have experienced high leasing staff, management and maintenance turnover.
