Staff are rude and treat others like less than human beings.
RecommendedMy mom Jane Brady has been at the Willows in the Legacy Center. She is really doing well. So glad we are able to visit now. Mom gets her hair done there every couple of weeks and loves being pretty. She is always clean and has clean clothes on. The nurses and staff are great to talk to and are very good about keeping us updated on her condition. We couldn’t be happier!!Diana, Erica, Chris, and Troy.
The activities department is the best. They are always doing fun things with their residents.
I love working at the oaks at woodfield! it's truly a loving and amazing environment for employees and residents.
I love it here and Becky goes above and beyond to address any needs I have. the grounds are kept clean and mowed and John is always right there when anything needs fixing. I have met some great people here.
Wonderful place for those who need kind compassionate care
Ignoring the emergency call button multiple times and risking a man’s life. NEVER will I place my grandparents here. The night staff is very lazy as well. Get it together
They ignored an elderly man’s alerts when he had a mini stroke and fell off the bed. Won’t send my family there.
