It’s not about recreating meat. It’s about a plant-based alternative. I don’t want my “meat” to be EXACTLY like actual meat (*hmm impossible burger*), I just want something in its place. With that in mind, the herbivorous butcher is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Give it a try! Delicious!
