Heard great things about them! There booth at the farmer's market was staffed by three wonderful people. I ended up picking up up some ribs and Italian sausage. Just last night I finally made them. Amazing is all I can say. I threw them on the grill for about 10 - 12 minutes with some veggies and pineapple and it was great!
I'm using your Italian sausage in a soup today with some homemade broth & other farmers market finds... garlic scapes, kale, and asparagus! The house is already smelling incredible, can't wait until dinner!
