No compromises. These guys know how to make damn fine meats for conventional mid-upscale deli prices.
The cheeses and the butters are out of this world..then there is the Koren ribs and Porterhouse steaks..Congratulations you are over the top with your products...
The pastrami is sooo good! I love it all, great business. So worth the two hour drive, I will be back for sure. :)
I've never seen such gracious, ecstatic, and welcoming workers--particularly in the face of a two hour long line basically the whole day. I was so excited for this and wasn't disappointed! The food is delicious; my meatless options have expanded. Combined with the beautiful souls who make it all happen, you can't go wrong! Definitely going to be a returning customer :) Only wish I had seen them at the farmer's market sooner.
