Just moved in and so far, very nice! Neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful, and I love the location. My apartment is really nice too. I like the access to light. And I got lucky because I was able to see the fireworks from my patio - bonus!
wonderful place to live..
The Pike & Rose Shopping District is great but far too many pretentious pretty boys now live in the P&R neighborhood at the Residences and 930 Rose.
this place is loud and smelly. you can hear all the traffic, even Deborah on the 3rd floor who works here told me she just deals with the noise. also, its been over a year and was told my deposit would be returned and now a year later after having to call them once a month, being told im not getting my refund after it was processed. posting photos of the emails.
I moved out of the Pallas in June (it’s currently October). I had to constantly hound the staff to get the refund of my security deposit back. After months of getting the run around, I finally got the refund, despite them sending it to the address I had at the Pallas, even though I had confirmed that they had my new forwarding address. After depositing it into my account, my bank informed me that GREYSTAR CANCELLED the CHECK. I was even charged a transaction fee by my bank for the cancelled check. This is one shady company.
This "luxurious" apartment complex is not luxurious at all. This is a new building with open floor plans, nicely done bathrooms and kitchens and overall good clean look. However, there are some major issues that make living here miserable. I think any good apartment complex should have at least the following basics covered: air conditioning working, elevators working, have parking available for tenants, amenities in good working order, management that is responsive and cares...Continue Reading
