Stay away from Propark garages. This location caused over $4k in damage to my car and then put me through months of limbo just to get reimbursed. I had to constantly follow up as their team was not proactively communicating. In the end, I didn't even ask for them to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired and they still refused to pay a nominal credit card fee (~$180) that my autobody charged. Both car elevators broken down, our car was trapped in the garage from Saturday until Monday Come to find out that one of the car elevator was already broken as of Saturday morning- lack of preventative maintenance is apparent
