I have resided here since 2005 and am impressed with the ResProp Management team. Linda, property manager, has made great improvements to the property. She listens to residents and truly cares about their concerns. Tay and Steven are helpful with resident questions. Scott and the maintenance team are professional and respond to maintenance requests same day.
Just recently relocated to Fort Worth for work purposes. And my Family and I were looking for a nice place to move in pretty quickly. I called the office and spoke with Management (Linda). She was very attentive and helped me through the whole process. If it were possible I would rate you guys a 10 out of 10 ! Thanks to the nice Office Staff for helping us feel welcomed. We look forward to many years with you guys !
Just moved out of these apartments , nothing is luxury about these trash every where , I moved in paid my rent 2x & broke my lease the ghetto . Apartment was trash foundation horrible , paid for valet trash and never even got that . rat traps literally every where , a guy rides all times of the day blasting music driving crazy . Also the office never answers the phone if I could give LINDA 0 stars and need to be fired ASAP .
Unit flooded over a week ago and the manager refuses to do a carpet clean, waiting for you to get 2 bids while my carpet smells like death is unacceptable, this unit is uninhabitable. DO BETTER LINDA!
