Edit: talked to them today and they said there is nothing they can do because they don’t have another unit available. Kind of disappointed, especially considering there were no discounts or move in specials offered. And still didn’t get the unit I was shown. They did a bait n switch with me. They did a bait n switch with me. I was shown an 855 sq feet apartment with a pantry, and a side by side fridge. And all the cabinets in the kitchen was one thing that drew me to the apartment. Pics attached. Well the unit that I got does NOT have the pantry and it’s significantly smaller than what I was given. I signed my lease, paid my deposit. And went to my unit. I am a new resident at the Henderson and I can honestly say my experience from filling out my application to signing my lease has been the smoothest transition.My unit was in satisfactory standards when I moved in and the office is communicative to any needs I might have.The leasing agents Ayanda and Netta and the property manager Linda always welcome me with a smile and always make it their mission to keep Henderson a beautiful and safe place to stay.

Linda and her staff at The Henderson Apartments truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home, I stop by at least once a week to catch up, have a few laughs, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. I’ve also had a few maintenance issues in my apartment, and Ryan and Noel were incredibly responsive, They came out the very next day, took care of everything, and I came home to an apartment that was clean, comfortable, and back in perfect condition.
