We were customers with this program and Pierre was the person we was working with. He charged us $400 to start the process which was too get negative remarks and old debt removed off our credit report by writing letters to the credit companies disputing the bill. I should of knew it was strange when we had to keep spending a dollar to do free trials for our credit report, and then also we had to buy our own stamp and mail em off ourselves.
