I got a recommendation to contact Joshua after I lost my snow remover from last year, turns out it was a good thing! Joshua responded quickly and I had my driveway cleared the same day! Lifesaver! He is very professional and knowledgeable, I plan to use him for other projects as well.
I hired Joshua for snow removal. He was very professional, a prompt communicator, and did an excellent job with our driveway! He came by on short notice, provided a very reasonable quote, and had the job done with a short turn-around time. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and extra careful approach with our newly constructed driveway. I would definitely recommend and hire again.
Called around looking for someone to do lawn aeration for the fall. Gave Joshua at The Helping Hand a call. He was very prompt and courteous on the phone and also in person. Setup appointment and he arrived to my house within 2 business days! I called Joshua yesterday afternoon about coming out to aerate my lawn after calling several other local businesses that couldn’t provide the service I was looking for. Joshua had the quote to me by the end of the day and was able to work me into his schedule to perform the work today. Incredible communication and determination to meet customers needs.
