Called around looking for someone to do lawn aeration for the fall. Gave Joshua at The Helping Hand a call. He was very prompt and courteous on the phone and also in person. Setup appointment and he arrived to my house within 2 business days! He did a great job walking me through the process over the phone to make sure the lawn was prepped for his arrival. 10/10 would recommend his services to anyone in the area. I called Joshua yesterday afternoon about coming out to aerate my lawn after calling several other local businesses that couldn’t provide the service I was looking for. Joshua had the quote to me by the end of the day and was able to work me into his schedule to perform the work today. Incredible communication and determination to meet customers needs.
