A word of thanks I've been meaning to write this for a while as The Help Desk has saved me so many times from problems that I have with my computers. My kids now in college, have had all kinds of problems from going to places on the internet, that they shouldn't have. Jim took the time to explain safe surfing practices. It was so helpful that those problems have stopped. They have taken care of keyboard replacement and other thing for us over the years. So thank you for all that you have done for us.
Job well done I just want to say a word of thanks to Jim and his staff for an outstanding job they did in moving my office. We have have a small office only 8 people and we changed locations. All I know is that everyone was able to work on Monday morning. Thanks again! (Edited January 13, 2013)
