As always, the guys at THC just rock! Got a Great deal on a pair of SIDI Streetburner low boots...and they fit and feel great! Can't wait to get my new jacket and pants! The staff is always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable on everything in the store! Best motorcycle apparel and accessory shop in town!
I visited Helmet Center today from Tucson and received the best retail motorcycle accessory service ever! Tony has it dialed up to 10 on service. I never felt ignored nor hurried to make a purchase, all my questions were answered clearly and with expert product knowledge. Tony even offered to ship my new Helmet to me when it came in. I had such a great experience that when I got wishy washy on my color choice I did not hesitate to call and change the special order because I knew it wouldn't be an issue at all. This place is great. Good customer service, they know what they are taking about.
Not much needs to be said about these guys! Nate was super helpful (and very patient) fitting me into an arai helmet, he even drove out to Scottsdale to get me the one I wanted, also got me into some nice boots. I'm really glad there is a place like this, it's tough to buy gear online, I will be coming back for all of my gear in the future. Cruise past ridenow and go straight to the helmet center!
First Captain Nate was extremely helpful while guiding my wife and I through protective gear choices. We spent approximately an hour going through options until we were able to find a safe and budget friendly set up. We never felt rushed even though it was near and then after closing time.
