I've been coming here since 2010. Dave and Tony have been a pleasure to work with over the years. I have gotten helmets through them as well as other parts, chemicals, and accessories. They take the time to thoroughly help with helmet sizing and making sure it fits comfortably and isn't too loose or tight. Everyone there has a passion for the sport and which is clearly evident from the second you walk through the doors.
I went in to this store get gear for intro to motocycling class. I'm going to take the BRC soon! I have very little knowledge of most of the gear. I was able to speak a representative at the store. He was very transparent, candid, and super helpful! I asked for recommendations, he gave them, as well as explaining the pros and cons for the other options of gear. I was put at ease, and impressed with his help. He made a future loyal customer out of me. Thanks for all your help Thursday evening!
I went in to look at new helmets since mine was almost 3 years old and had a squeaking chin bar. They were happy to show me some helmets, but asked if they could inspect mine. After some disassembly and inspection, they offered to do some service to it and of course I agreed. They fixed the squeaking chin bar and told me that I don't need to replace my helmet and that mine is perfectly safe. I did buy some new pads, but this place has the best after sale service. This is by far the best place to go for gear.
My good friend Tony and I met Dave and Tony when they were just starting their small shop. We never forgot their names for some reason. They have been great to work with for things when the family needs something. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been shopping at The Helmet Center for quite a while and I have always been treated both kindly and respectfully. I admit that my level of expertise when it comes to bikes is pretty sad but I have never been treated like I'm stupid, like some other shops. I thank you for that. Also, I just purchased some larger speakers for my Scala system and they are really great! I can finally rock to the total sound of Pink Floyd! My life is complete. :)
