I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I came in with a swollen, painful ankle and was told they couldn’t see me because they couldn’t verify my insurance. I have Health Choice insurance and was surprised that I was told they couldn’t call to verify my coverage at that time. The interaction left me feeling dismissed when I was seeking care for an injury. Aya is my favorite care member at the heights urgent care. She makes me feel safe and comfortable telling the care practitioner what’s goin on . If it wasn’t for her demeanor I’m not sure I would be a regular here. But she’s been there about as long as I been going there near 5 years. Aya always makes me feel like I’m choosing the best place to get care.
The Heights Urgent Care network/team has always been a go to place when I been unwell or feeling sick. Everything from a rash to drinking bad milk and having pee problems they do it all here and I’m in an out and quickly seen, always treated with kindness and respect and that’s what makes me coming back.
