Wonderful place to rent from!
We’ve been happy overall with this place since move-in 9 months ago. Pros: walkable location, interior hallways and elevators, trash pickup at the apartment door, nice clubhouse area, resident activities every month or so. Slight downsides: noise from adjoining apartments and management seems to be cutting back on staffing and replenishing amenities lately, especially on weekends.
I have been living at the Heights for 2 1/2 years now and I enjoy calling this place home. Location is exactly what I was looking for. It’s not super busy but near the freeway, making it easy to go around Columbus. It’s close to Polaris mall but also close to Dublin. I love living here! The staff are attentive, empathetic, and responsive. Not only does The Heights offer wonderful amenities, but the complex is close to the Worthington Mall as well as major highways. This is by far my favorite place I have lived in Columbus.
I was told I'd get back my air pod which fell under the elevator. Didn't seem the receptionist note taking strategy worked. Let me allure you with a higher star rating. It's the building in front of Amano's pizza. Just leave a comment here and I'll swing by to pick it up. Aside from my attempt of getting my air pod. In my opinion the rent price got too high, especially considering that the nearby mall is mostly empty. The quality also doesn't seem to justify the price as it seems pretty average.
