Thank you to the Heights for a wonderful place to live. The staff is great and I appreciate everything you all do. Sad to see Leon go to another property, he will be missed!
I love the place, the lobby is very nice. Even the front desk guy who I shall not name let me try to unlock our mailbox with 2 pens. But the toilet in the lobby has too much flush torque and if we want to get a new oven we have to store it by our self. Finally, please get new coffee holders on the cups my beautiful hands can’t handle it! Written by a kiddo who lives here.
Wonderful place to rent from!
We’ve been happy overall with this place since move-in 9 months ago. Pros: walkable location, interior hallways and elevators, trash pickup at the apartment door, nice clubhouse area, resident activities every month or so. Slight downsides: noise from adjoining apartments and management seems to be cutting back on staffing and replenishing amenities lately, especially on weekends.
