Helpful, friendly staff, pet friendly, typically next-day maintenance fixes for the few issues we have had and friendly neighbors. Oh and a workout room which was a nice bonus.
We recently experienced an issue with the call box system not redirecting to residents’ phones, which was affecting food and guest deliveries. I reached out to the management team, and Najah Fleary responded promptly and professionally. She kept us informed, arranged for a technician quickly, and the call feature was restored the same day. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and dedication to resolving the issue efficiently. Thank you, Najah, and the Heights at Worthington team for the excellent service!

I love living here at the Heights. Great amenities, neighbors, so much to do around the building. But the best part is the property managers , and especially maintenance, Garrett. Highly recommend.
