HELL ON EARTH. Office staff are unprofessional and never respond to emails or calls. After multiple calls (on the rare occasion when you can reach someone) they'll deny that they ever spoke with you in the first place. Trash is supposed to go in the hallways only after 6pm. As of 3pm today (and most days) EIGHT of my neighbors have put trash in the hallways. So welcome to walking through foul trash, spilled god knows what and dog feces as you attempt to reach your apartment, because management refuse to do anything about it.... read more

I absolutely love living at The Heights! The staff is friendly, the amenities are wonderful, and I have some of the best neighbors! I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check this place out! You won't be disappointed!
LOVE living here!!! This is by far the best luxury apartments in the RDU area! The staff is extremely professional and friendly, whenever you need anything they are always available to assist you! I fully plan on living here until I purchase a house in the next few years!
