RecommendedThe apartments are spacious. Kitchen is great. All appliances are included . Landscape.is kept in good.shape. We have many students and Army folks renting Swimming pool, volleyball court, gym and portable. Has a communications room with computers and printers available. Have been here 5 years and still love it.
The apartments are large and spacious and clean. No matter what the issue leasing and/or maintenance address the issue quickly. Parking can be tight at times but I’ve lived in places with worse parking. Honestly the best place I’ve lived in Fayetteville.
I'm only giving one start because no stars isn't an option. I hate every thing about this place. (Still currently living here because I'm riding out my lease) my biggest problems are 1) parking 2) trash 3) the building itself. There's absolutely not enough parking. Don't let the towing signs or gate on the front and the designated visitor parking areas confuse you. It's a nightmare trying to park here, and good luck if you ever want to have guests over....
