I really expected more from a Broken Arrow apartment. Had difficulty getting answers and a set cost when trying to move out, and staff seemed inconvenienced when I asked for information. It's been almost two months and STILL haven't received our deposit nor a statement, even though we gave a follow up address. I've left three voicemails and sent an email to them, and no response. If you want a helpful apartment with INTEGRITY, this isn't the one.
I've lived here since '14 and the only person who works hard is Joe the maintenance man. The gates are broken, office doesn't send through work orders, loses packages and rent checks. Hey Nothing like it once was. Only thing kept me here was excellence maintenance and THE MANAGEMENT IS SO BAD that's even enough for me to stay anymore.
The best place I have ever lived! I absolutely love Jonathon, Kinzie and Tory! They have taken such good care of me and I would highly recommend living here!
